We started with a discovery sprint — competitor analysis, user journey mapping, and brand positioning work to understand exactly what FITRAH needed to communicate.
The redesign prioritized trust signals, clear service communication, and a frictionless inquiry flow. We built a custom CMS so the team could update content without developer help.
Performance was a priority: the new site scored 98+ on Lighthouse and loaded under 2 seconds on mobile.
